Exxacon Smart Living<\/strong>, a leading M\u00e1laga-based residential developer with a national presence, has commenced construction of Olivara Living<\/a><\/strong>, a development of 60 homes in Alhaur\u00edn de la Torre, M\u00e1laga, representing an investment of \u20ac20.5 million by the company. Work has begun simultaneously on both phases of the development, which has already sold 24 homes, representing 40% of the total. The first homes are expected to be handed over in the final quarter of 2029.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Construction follows the launch of sales for the second phase last March<\/a>. The positive market response has enabled work to begin with a significant proportion of the homes already sold, reflecting the strong interest the development has generated among buyers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Olivara Living will comprise one-, two- and three-bedroom homes<\/strong> in a variety of layouts, including apartments, penthouses and ground-floor properties with private gardens. All homes will include a parking space and storage room, alongside communal facilities designed to enhance residents\u2019 quality of life. These will include an adult swimming pool, a children\u2019s pool and a gym, all set within a private residential environment. This approach reflects the company\u2019s Smart Living concept, which focuses on creating functional, comfortable and energy-efficient homes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
