Quality Policy ISO 9001 and 14001
EXXACON S.L. has implemented a quality and environmental management system as a means to guarantee its results in a sustained manner, with a focus on sustainability and continuous improvement in all its processes.
This approach is carried out from the fundamental values of social responsibility, protection of health and safety, respect for people, teamwork, respect for the environment, the technical underpinnings of the execution of our projects and the use of the best preventive techniques; all within our concept of Smart Living, which has become not only the foundation of our work, but also of our clients’ way of life (Smart Living for Smart People). The Policy is specified in the following points:
- Involvement of management and the entire organization in quality and environmental management as a way to constantly improve the level of satisfaction of our customers.
- Continuous improvement of the organization’s culture by encouraging the search for innovative solutions and the exchange of knowledge.
- Promotion of the culture of quality and care for the environment not only in the organization, but also among suppliers and in all the areas in which it carries out its activities.
- Consideration of environmental aspects and sustainability criteria in all business activities, in order to minimise impact on the environment and promote the rational use of resources.
- Compliance with the legal and technical requirements that apply to the organization.
- Implementation and updating of the management system integrating economic, technical and environmental aspects and, in general, all those that contribute to quality and sustainability.
- Integration of quality and environmental values in the business strategy and in the development of its activity through process management and the establishing of appropriate objectives.
To this end, this policy is drafted for communication and disclosure, in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System.
