Exxacon Smart Living, a leading Andalusian property developer, has begun marketing Phase III of Alonis Living Playa del Torres, its first development in Villajoyosa (Costa Blanca), in which it will invest more than €66 million. Work on this third phase will begin this year, and the development is expected to be completed in December 2028.
In terms of marketing, the two previous phases of Alonis Living Playa del Torres have performed very well. In Phase I, 43 units have been sold, representing 59% of the total, while Phase II has also achieved 59% sales, with 34 units sold to date. The start of construction on Alonis Living at the end of October 2025, just ten months after the start of marketing for Phase I, reflects the project’s positive reception in the market and consolidates the development’s positioning on the Costa Blanca.

Exxacon Smart Living’s consolidation on the Costa Blanca is part of the developer’s expansion strategy in the most dynamic markets in Spain. In the Valencian Community, the company has already successfully completed two residential developments comprising 157 homes and a total investment of £27 million, strengthening its position in one of the areas with the highest demand both nationally and internationally.

The development has a total of 164 flats and penthouses with between one and three bedrooms, catering to different buyer profiles, from young families to senior clients seeking quality of life by the sea. Prices start at €346,000 for one-bedroom homes, €377,000 for two-bedroom homes and €533,000 for three-bedroom homes.
